On July 25, 2017, NCCRC Coordinator John Pollock was on WNPR’s “Where We Live” in a segment called Mind The Gap: Deconstructing Barriers To Justice.  John discussed the reasons why counsel is needed in civil cases as a matter of right, the growth of the national movement, and the meaninglessness of relying on whether a case is criminal or civil in deciding whether to appoint counsel.
