Wash Rev. Code Ann. 7.105.470 provides that an individual who cannot afford private counsel is entitled to assistance from the prosecuting or county attorney in matters related to enforcement of the protective order. This is true if there is probable cause to believe that a violation occurred and the individual requests assistance. Id.
