H3622: Amends S.C. Code 63-3-810, which permits the court to appoint a guardian ad litem (GAL) for a child in a private family court action where custody or visitation is at issue [and certain other factors are present], to require that the GAL be a licensed attorney unless both parents are pro se, in which case the GAL may be a lay person
