A01493: Same as SB 2721. Provides a right to full representation in eviction proceedings for eligible individuals, defined as someone at risk of losing their housing in a “covered proceeding,” including administrative proceedings, becoming eligible at which time they receive notice to terminate or if they are a party in a covered proceeding or are reasonably anticipated to become a party.
