A02526: Same as SB 478. Expands the right to counsel in family cases to “kinship caregiver[s]” and anyone “acting as a parent of a child, who is seeking custody or guardianship of [the] child” in proceedings brought under Part 3 (Custody) or Part 4 (Guardianship) of Article 6 of the NY Family Court Act, as well as respondents in guardianship proceedings under Part 4
