A1751: Same as SB 2414. Permitting the court to appoint counsel for a servicemember in an action or proceeding in which they are a party. The bill provides, “In an action or proceeding in which a servicemember is a party, the court may appoint an attorney to represent the person if such person does not personally appear therein or is not represented by an authorized attorney.”
