In Kuelbs v. Hill, 379 S.W.3d 47 (Ark. Ct. App. 2010), the Arkansas Supreme Court approved the trial court’s inherent authority to appoint counsel in a guardianship case in order to “command an orderly, efficient, and effective administration of justice.”
