H0629: Amending Idaho Code Ann. § 32- 704(4); currently, the court may appoint counsel for a minor or dependent child in divorce matters to represent the child’s interests related to their support, custody or visitation. The bill would allow the court to appoint a guardian ad litem in the alternative.
