HB1915: Updating statutory 14-day termination notice language to inform tenant that “State law provides [them] with the right to legal representation and the court may be able to appoint [them] a lawyer…” Updating Summons language to inform the tenant that, if they fail to respond by the deadline, they will lost their right to defend or be represented by an appointed lawyer. Similar to HB 1089.
