HB238: Amending Ky. Rev. Stat. § 387.580 (“Responsibilities of court or jury during a hearing; court determinations upon finding of disability or partial disability”) to specify that “Unless the court order of guardianship establishes otherwise: (a) Court-appointed counsel shall represent the respondent through the end of the period in which to perfect an appeal or upon the resolution of the appeal or action”.
