HB2923: Amends Sec. 36-546, which covers judicial review of court-ordered treatment. Court shall appoint counsel to a patient seeking judicial review or filing Habeus Corpus petition of court-ordered treatment now encompassed in new Sec. 36-546(F) upon patient’s request to mental health treatment agency.
