HB8502: Same as SB 4393: Provides a right to counsel to unaccompanied noncitizen children in placement review hearings for transfers to restrictive placements and in administrative hearings (regarding whether a prospective sponsor is fit to receive the unaccompanied noncitizen child or an alleged failure of the Director to make a determination on a family reunification application within the statutorily required timeframe). Would also provide a RTC to the child’s prospective sponsor
