, Truancy - Petition Against Child
Vt. Stat. Tit. 33, § 5102(3)(D) defines habitual truancy as a “child in need of care or supervision” matters”, and Vt. Stat. Ann. Tit. 33, § 5112(a) provides that “The court shall appoint an attorney for a child who is a party to a proceeding brought under the juvenile judicial proceedings chapters.“
