S07960: Same as AB 8188. Prohibiting certain state & local gov’t entities from contracting with airlines that transport individuals detained by U.S. ICE for the purpose of deportation without “demonstrat[ing] that such individuals have been afforded all applicable rights to due process under federal and state law, including the right to counsel and a hearing before an immigration judge.” Also prohibiting airlines from receiving tax exemption on fuel unless they can demonstrate the detained individuals they’re transporting have been afforded all such rights
