S1367: Changing provision related to payment for kids’ appointed counsel in TPR (State), TPR (Private), Abuse/Neglect, and Truancy matters. Currently, the statute says that the county shall pay but the bill would require the office of the state public defender to pay. Would also provide that PD shall represent indigent persons in civil contempt matters where incarceration is sought
