SB67: Amends Sec. 32A-4-10(F) to states that attorney for the child “zealously represents the child and the child’s best interests.” The current law states: The court shall assure that the child’s guardian ad litem zealously represents the child’s best interest and that the child’s attorney zealously represents the child.
