S1402: Same as HB 663: Providing that in a proceeding to establish parentage under the section, where the child is of sufficient age and maturity to participate in the matter, the court must appoint an attorney ad litem in lieu of a guardian ad litem, unless good cause is shown that the appointment is unnecessary to protect child’s best interests.
