S1626: Same as SB 1784: Providing that upon arriving at a receiving facility for purposes of an involuntary mental health evaluation, the minor and their parent or guardian must be notified of the minor’s right to counsel, and the minor shall immediately have the opportunity to consult with and be represented by a public defender or the minor’s own attorney.
