, Bypass of Parental Input into Abortion - Minor (Pre-Dobbs)
HB4302: Similar to HB 2175, 2606 and 4300 in that it would reinstitute the parental notification requirement for minors seeking an abortion and provide right to counsel upon request for minors seeking to bypass notification requirement. But it would also prohibit abortions unless deemed “necessary” by a physician and prohibit abortions where fetus is “viable.”
