S2923: Creating the Residential Tenant’s Right to Legal Representation Act, to provide a “civil right to full legal representation” to “eligible individuals”; “eligible individuals” include those who become the subject of an eviction action including a termination notice or notice of noncompliance, or a court summons; are a party to an eviction action or administrative hearing with a publicly subsidized source of housing; or are a party to an action for unsafe or unhealthy conditions
