Eligible individuals include those at risk of losing their housing; someone becomes eligible when they “(a) become[ ] the subject of a predicate notice in a covered proceeding; (b) is a party, or has standing to be a party, in a covered proceeding, or (c) has been determined by a designated legal organization to be a person reasonably anticipated to become a party in a covered proceeding, whichever occurs earlier.” [Same as SB 6772]
