NYC provides partial RTC for DV victims in divorce proceedings

NYC has enacted Int 1175-2025, a law that provides a right, subject to appropriation to either full representation or brief assistance for domestic violence victims in divorce proceedings who are at or below 250% of the federal poverty level.  The State of NY already provides a right to counsel in DV proceedings themselves, but not in separate divorce proceedings.
