HB2181: Enacting Uniform Family Law Arbitration Act, which permits arbitrator to appoint an attorney, GAL, or “other representative” for a child at the expense of the parties in matters related to “child-related disputes”, which are defined as “family law disputes regarding legal custody, residency, parenting time, visitation or financial support regarding a child.”
