, Bypass of Parental Input into Abortion - Minor (Pre-Dobbs)
HB2538: Seems to make conforming amendments removing provisions that reference Tex. Fam. Code Sec. 33.003, the section that provides RTC to minors seeking to bypass parental notification and consent for abortion requirements. Texas has prohibited abortions except in cases of rape or incest so it seems that there is no longer a bypass proceeding in practice despite it being on the books.
