, Bypass of Parental Input into Abortion - Minor (Pre-Dobbs)
HB4300: Same as HB 2175 and HB 2606: This bill would reinstitute the requirement that unemancipated minors seeking an abortion notify their parents. It would also provide for a procedure through which the minor could seek to be exempt from the notification requirement. Minors seeking to bypass notification would have the right to a guardian ad litem as well as the right to an attorney upon their request.
