HB59: Same as SB 245: Provides that the Ohio access to justice foundation shall contract with designated organizations to provide full legal representation to defendants in covered proceedings in all areas of the state. Covered individuals include non-owner tenants with at least one child in the household whose household income is at or below 250% of the FPL.
