Wyoming , Legislation , Truancy - Petition Against Child

Wyo. Stat. § 14-6-402(a)(iv) defines habitual truancy as a “child in need of supervision” matter.  In turn, Wyo. Stat. § 14-6-422(b) requires the appointment of counsel upon request where a child and his/her parents are unable to afford counsel.
