SB0134: If an individual is found to lack decision-making capacity in the context of health care decisions, the individual, a responsible health care professional, health care institution, or a person interested in the welfare of the person may petition the court to request a determination as to capacity. In such matters, the court shall appoint legal counsel to represent the person if they do not have representation.
