SB0254: Same as SB 258. Regarding adult guardianship matters, seems to clarify that the respondent’s guardian ad litem (GAL) is an attorney; requires GAL to inform the respondent of their right to counsel and to inquire about whether respondent wants counsel; renumbers Mich. Comp. Laws § 700.5305(3).
