Minnesota expands tenant RTC law

SF3492, enacted in 2024, expanded the definition of public housing tenants with a RTC to those who have housing “subsidized by the [U.S. Dep’t of HUD] under Section 9 of the United State Housing Act of 1937 or the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2012, Pub. L. No. 112-55, 125 Stat. 673.”  This added Rental Assistance Demonstration housing, or RAD.
