Study: COVID-19, housing instability, and right to counsel

The huge eviction spike that COVID-19 is causing and will continue to cause is going to lead to massive housing stability that will in turn make health crisis even worse. This University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign study looks at how this kind of cycle has happened historically and how it will play out now, and it recommends a right to counsel for tenants as one part of necessary response.
