Court says no authority for sterilization

In Miller v. Russell, 593 S.W.2d 598, 602 (Mo. Ct. App. 1979), the court stated, "Nor for that matter do we find any constitutional or statutory provision empowering any court in this state to order the involuntary sterilization of any person.”
