Lakewood Ohio considering tenant right to counsel

An ordinance introduced in Lakewood Ohio bv the City Council Prresident aims to make the city the third in Ohio to provide a right to counsel for tenants facing eviction. The ordinance would cover tenants at or below 200% of the poverty level, seniors, and tenants with dsiabilities.
