Pursuant to  Nev. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 62D.210(2), "If the juvenile court determines that the parent of an Indian child for whom foster care is sought is indigent, the juvenile court, as provided in the Indian Child Welfare Act: (a) Shall appoint an attorney to represent the parent."


Additionally, Nev. Stat. § 432B.420(1) provides judges with discretion to appoint counsel for any indigent parent in an abuse/neglect proceeding.
