Legislation, Bypass of Parental Input into Abortion - Minor (Pre-Dobbs)

There is a right to counsel upon request for a minor seeking to bypass the parental consent requirement for an abortion. N.C. Gen. Stat. §§ 7A-451(a)(16), 90-21.8(c).
