Legislation, Bypass of Parental Input into Abortion - Minor (Pre-Dobbs)

For minors seeking judicial waiver of the parental consent and notification requirements to have an abortion, Okla. Stat. tit. 63, § 1-740.3(B) states: "The court shall advise the pregnant unemancipated minor that she has a right to court-appointed counsel and, upon her request, shall provide her with counsel."
